transmission of material; or (5) the use by the subscriber of any research to invest in any way which may be deemed unsuitable or in
accordance with certain industry standards. Prometheus and the Subscriber acknowledge that, without limitation, the above-enumerated
conditions cannot be the probable cause of any breach of any agreement between Prometheus and the Subscriber.

details or how to access the content. As soon as you access said content you lose the “right to cancel”. This is because you will have

Refunds are provided on a two-quarter performance basis. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, but we also want you to give
your best efforts to apply your chose strategy or strategies. In order to qualify for a refund, you must submit proof in a viable two quarter
trade record format, history of every bot/trade performance that represents you have taken the necessary work, made a concerted effort,
digested the course contents in full and consistently and correctly implemented your chosen strategy or strategies across this time period.
This measure is in place to prevent piracy in the form of customers purchasing, digesting the information and claiming a refund. Performance
based refunds must have invested up to, but not limited to an investment of $10,000 or more to receive a full refund. Investment returns
must be calculated in total Bot profit within a 90 day period to be eligible for the full performance based refund. Prometheus liability of any
action-based guarantees and/or refunds are only for the cost of the Prometheus educational program. Prometheus does not cover any
underlying loss incurred via investments and trading.
